Crawford Brothers Shortlisted
for Major Award

Crawford Brothers has been shortlisted for the
Belfast Telegraph Business Awards.
With a record number of entries this year, they
have been short-listed under the Excellence in
Innovation category along with Almac and Randox.
The winners will be announced at a Gala Awards
Dinner on 25th March at Belfast’s Ramada
Hotel. The guest speaker for the evening will
be former Birmingham Football Club boss Karen
Brady.
Over the years Crawford Brothers has successfully
introduced new technologies to the industry.
In partnership with Cogent, the UK’s largest
bull stud, they have brought ground-breaking
products to market. The company introduced the
first Limousin female sexed semen in the world
in 2007 and the first male sexed semen in the
world in 2009 from their world famous bull Sauvignon.
They were also the first firm to export bovine
embryos to the Republic of Ireland.
